SHIPPING

• UK and Ireland Postage: Free UK Shipping.
• Rest of the World: £70 Fedex Express.
• Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders over £500.

Your order will be dispatched in an unbranded external envelope. The jewellery is packaged in a branded Amity Mary Gray jewellery box. If you would like a personal message to accompany any gift orders, please contact me directly.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

For deliveries to the rest of the world I use FEDEX, which is fully trackable and ensured. Any customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched. Please ensure you are available to sign for your shipment. Fedex will make two delivery attempts - if you are unavailable to sign, you as the receiver are responsible for any return shipping fees / additional fees.

DELIVERY TIMES

If the product is in stock (please see individual product pages) you will receive the product within 1-2 working days within the UK, and 2-5 working days for America, Asia & Europe, 7-14 working days for Australia & New Zealand.

Maximum delivery time is 12 weeks if the item has been made to order. I will email you if this is the case.

If you need something sooner than the delivery time stated, or by a specific date, then email me at amitymarygray@gmail.com

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I hope you absolutely love your jewellery. However, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 30 days of purchase. Alternatively, you may request a refund for items purchased through this website, provided they are returned unworn, in perfect condition, and in the original packaging within 14 working days of receiving your order.

Please note the following items are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange, unless structurally faulty:

• Made-to-order pieces
• Commissioned (bespoke) items
• Customised pieces (e.g. resized rings, custom chain lengths, engraved jewellery, etc.)

To return your item, please ensure it is securely packaged in its original box and include the original delivery slip or your order number along with your contact details.

WORLDWIDE RETURNS

If you are returning an order from outside the UK, you (the customer) are responsible for any customs charges incurred when the item is returned to the UK. These charges will be deducted from your refund. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. We strongly recommend returning items via a trackable, insured courier service.

If you would prefer me to arrange the return for you via FedEx, please email amitymarygray@gmail.com. The fee for this service is £80, which will be deducted from your refund once the return is received.

UK RETURNS

Please return items using a trackable and insured postal service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, to ensure they arrive safely. Returns are not pre-paid—you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Address:

If your original order included free shipping and you return the item for a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. This does not apply to exchanges. For fraud prevention, all refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the return.

REPAIRS & REMODELLING

Perfect imperfections are part of my brand aesthetic. However, if you feel your piece has a structural defect, please return it to me for a full inspection. Please note, if the jewellery has been resized or worked on by another jeweller this voids your repair warranty.

If a ring has been sized based on a measurement provided by you, I am not responsible for the correct fit of the piece, only for pieces where I have personally measured you in my studio.

I assess repairs on a case-by-case basis. Due to the nature of handmade jewellery, occasionally a stone may become loose. In this case I will endeavour to re-set it. I am committed to making you as a customer happy so please contact me via email as soon as possible if you experience any issues with your purchase.

INSURING YOUR JEWELLERY

I strongly recommend taking out insurance for your fine jewellery - just as you would for any other valuable possession.

Jewellery often holds both significant monetary and sentimental value, and while I trust you’ll care for your pieces, unexpected accidents can still occur. Having insurance in place ensures you’re protected and can either replace your jewellery or recover its value if the unexpected happens.

Each piece is crafted to stand the test of time using high-quality materials. However, gold and diamonds - while durable - still require mindful care and can be damaged if not treated properly.

DIAMOND CARE

Diamonds are one of the hardest materials on the planet, but they are still vulnerable to accidental damage. Baguette and rose cut diamonds can be more vulnerable than other cuts, and should be worn with extra care. Having jewellery insurance will not just pay for a replacement ring, but it will also cover any needed repair / diamond replacement.
